Mr. Green is an American DJ and producer from New Jersey, known for his production style of blending traditional hip hop sounds with multiple different genres and sounds he records in the streets of different cities around the world.

Green has produced tracks for Snoop Dogg, Talib Kweli, ASAP Ferg, Lee Scratch Perry, Vinnie Paz & Jedi Mind Tricks, Chris Delia among others and has performed internationally several times (Brazil, China, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Spain, Russia, Ireland, England, France, Canada Belgium, Iceland, Colombia, and more) plus dozens of shows in the United States.

On his latest tour through Europe in June 2018 he chose not to use any laptop or serato records during his performances. Using only an SP404 beat machine and real vinyl records he had a successful run doing 6 shows through France and Germany. During the trip he also produced 3 themed instrumental projects ('Jahluel's Records', 'First Day of Summer' and 'the day xxx died') in Zurich Switzerland.

In 2018, he has made it a goal release a different self produced limited edition vinyl project each month. In April he released the critically acclaimed collab EP project with Westside Gunn from Griselda / Shady Records called “FLYGOD is good… all the time”.  At the end of 2018 he had released over 15 projects, most were released on very limited edition 7” vinyl.  Everything has sold out and some is reselling on eBay for high prices on eBay.  One of the eps “Hawaiian Sunlight” was made in Hilo Hawaii in conjunction with the Go Hawaii tourism board.

In addition to the 2018 limited monthly vinyl releases, in early 2019 he released an instrumental album with Kool Herc (the man who invented hip hop), and is working on an EP with Lee Scratch Perry (Bob Marley's mentor).  Westside Gunn also announced that the two are making more music together.  His series with Sam Lipman Stern: Live from the Streets (known for airing on the leading youth culture media networks like complex and vices music channel: noisey) is still going strong.
